Even if I clean them and put them in the case they always come out smudged. 😣

Use soap. I’m serious! Also, never bother wiping them without washing first (it’ll always come up smudged because there’s some skin oil or whatever on them!). Usually, water alone is fine, but if smuged, a little bit of soaping down on the lens and gently feather-light stroking the soap onto the lens and then rinsing it all off should clear it up!
