The magical world saw the expanse of literary texts exploring the complex ideas of the dark arts and pure-blood hegemony. Early eighteenth century writers outlined their political ideologies, many of which strictly devote these ideals to classical extremism. Liberal interests such as the acceptance of muggle-born citizens into magical society and interbreeding underwent analytical scrutiny on the pretext of developing political theory. By the late twentieth century, international magical governments prohibited almost all copies and future publications of novels alluding to themes of radical prejudice and unnatural practices of the magical arts.
