I thought I would skip therapy today cause anxiety, but talked to my therapist beforehand on the phone and glad I went.
This is what we did today. With this playdough like thing; we first had to smooth it out cause it was sort of hard and make it into a bowl, where we would put our triggers in. Then we closed the bowl and turned it into whatever shape we wanted with any decorations and stuff the therapist provided.
So our triggers turned into something fun that reminded us we have the ability and strength to get through and control it.
At first I wanted to create a star, but then it looked like a person with wings. Powerful enough wings to just flap bad stuff away. And the decorations on the body were just jewles or medals to, again, remember all that has been overcome and won. At the top of its head is a crown cause again victory and all that đâ€
