#nonononono #his eyes! #he’s barely holding it together #the reminder of what has happened to his home #and seeing cas again #the guilt of leaving and the pain of losing #and now that spark of hope of finding again #the one being he cares about more than anything else #it all threatens to overwhelm him #in one big wave of emotions #and it takes everything from him not just to break down right there in front of his dearest brother #but he can’t burden cas with this #not with everything cas is already going through #and certainly not after not being by his brother’s side #where he has always belonged #for far too long #so he swallows all those emotions #and keeps up the facade the best he can #while his heart breaks all over again #for cas and heaven and everything they have lost
