Okay but I raise you Ed Nygma has daddy issues and using “Uncle Penguin” is his way of avoiding casting any of those negative aspersions or associations he has about Fathers on a relationship Oswald himself has proven to be a genuinely loving and sacrificial one by refusing to escape until Martin was safe
