Gotham Season One: Oswald was battered and bloody in quite a few episodes.
Top left: s1e01, Top Right s1e05, Bottom Left s1e11, Bottom Right s1e12Poor Penguinšā¤ heās been through a lot. But he has come so far. Couldnāt been more prouder of him. Robin has brought so much unique to the character. I just canāt.

personal hypothesis: Ed never fractures when heās withĀ Oswald because Oswald is accepting of both the light and dark parts of him. Therefore, he never feels the need to compartmentalize the deviant parts of himself into a separate persona.
I love this theory so much! I think a perfect moment to showcase this is when Ed hands Oswald his itineraries for the day in 3×06. One for his mayoral duties and the other his criminal ones. Ed felt so at ease and comfortable in that role and he was great at it! Plus, Ozzie gave him all the positive reinforcement he needed and wanted.
do y’all remember that cory interview where he said that if oswald confessed sooner (and/or Isabella wasnt involved), ed would have probably returned the feelings? does anyone have a link im feeling like Dying
