Also poor Kenny. But I wonder if on some sort of unconcious level Kenny’s friends must remember his many deaths and that’s why they don’t react to it much. Like some sort of repressed, but still there, type of sensation or memory? Plus, after a while one does tend to get desensitized to stuff. I mean, when Kenny was supposed to permanently die and the gang seemed upset. Plus when Kenny kills himself as Myseterion those times, Kyle and Stan initially have strong reactions, I think.
