If you’re autistic and/or have ADHD like me, I recommend switching to ‘Simple English’ when reading lengthy and complex Wikipedia articles because it makes it so much easier to take in, comprehend, and understand

how to do:

On the sidebar on the left, there’s a list of languages listed in alphabetical order, so you have to scroll down a bit to find ‘Simple English’. But even if you can’t, you can just edit the URL from en.wikipedia.org to simple.wikipedia.org

Here’s an example of the difference between English wiki and Simple English wiki:

Image 2: The article about Japan, only now the text has been compressed into a mere two paragraphs and there are pictures visible on the right (the Japanese flag), as well as a table of contents.]

Holy crap this is actually a life saver

This is important and wonderful. Knowledge should be available to everyone. Not just people with the right brainware or educational background.

Part of my brain is like “I can’t use this! It leaves out some of the information so I’ll miss stuff!” The other part of my brain would like to remind me that if I try to read the regular one, I won’t take in any of the information and will miss everything.

7 Tips for Happiness

onlinecounsellingcollege:

1. Have one or two really good friends – people you can trust and be honest and real with.

2. Build some adventure into your life. We all need to dream, and to stretch our boundaries.

3. Get rid of the excess stuff in your life – the people and the clutter that take up too much space.

4. Try to find some kind of balance between super-busy-ness and then feeling bored, as you’ve nothing much to do.

5. Give into temptation every once in a while, otherwise you’ll feel too cramped and constrained by your life.

6. Don’t just accept and put up with yourself. Really learn to love and appreciate yourself.

7. See each day as a brand new day – don’t look back at what happened, or the people, in your past.

Tips for Increasing your Willpower

onlinecounsellingcollege:

1. No matter how long it takes, and how beaten down you are, refuse to give in, or to relinquish your dream. Just get up one more time and then decide to try again.

2. We all slip up, and encounter obstacles. Just determine to keep going, and to get on track again. It doesn’t mean it’s over. It’s all part of the course.

3. We all need support and encouragement in life – so eliminate the negative, or toxic, influences. You don’t need those people who are quick to criticise, and don’t really help you to move closer to your dream.

4. Surround yourself with people who are similar to you, who have the same ambitions, outlooks and points of view. They’ll help to spur you onwards, and provide support you need.

5. Be inspired by other people who overcame defeat
who built a life from nothing
or turned their life around. Learn from their perseverance, and their will to succeed.

6. Imagine how you’ll feel when you’ve reached the goal you’ve set. Try and picture what you’ll look like, and how your life will be.

If you’re a fan of conspiracy theories, especially ones revolving around New World Order, then you’ll love this one.

Denver International Airport was commissioned at 1.7 billion dollars (1989) and finished at the cost of 4.8 billion dollars (1995). Conspiracy theorist believe that there is something fishy about this airport.

You are greeted at the airport by Mustang, by New Mexico artist Luis Jiménez, was one of the earliest public art commissions for Denver International Airport in 1993. Standing at 32 feet tall and weighing 9,000 pounds "Mustang" is a blue cast-fiberglass sculpture with red shining eyes. Jiménez died in 2006 while creating the sculpture when the head of it fell on him and severed an artery in his leg.

The 1st thing people notice when they come by the airport is the giant blue mustang with red eyes. It was created by Luis Jimenez, who died in 2006 when the head of the Mustang fell down on his leg and severed an artery. Some people think its a tribute to the Broncos, but the statue has no symbols relating to them on it. Conspriacy theorist believe that this is the Pale Horse of Death.

It doesn’t help that the runways are shaped like a Swastika.

Once inside the building, the murals are even stranger, like the gas mask wearing, sword/ AK-47 weilding man killing the dove of peace.

Magnified picture of the note on the bottom right.

Then there is this mural, which either comes before, or after the story depicted in the previous one. Everyone is giving their weapons to the German boy in the middle and it all results in peace.
image

Then there is this mural which shows a burning town in the back, a girl holding the Mayan Calendar which predicts death and rebirth.

image

Then comes the final mural. Which shows total peace and rebirth after a genocide.

The final mural is oddly reminiscent of the Garden of Eden, the world now lives in peace after the horrific events that have taken place. All the murals, when viewed in sequence, depict a massive genocide followed by the formation of a now less-populated, harmonious new world.

Another interesting thing pointed out inside the airport is what is on the floor.

At a glance, AU AG would logically be the symbols for gold and silver. But that meaning is called into question when you find out that one of the founders of the airport also discovered a new, deadly strain of hepatitis known as Australia Antigen, also called AUAG. It has been rumored that AUAG could be a potent weapon in biological warfare. This symbol rests on the ground directly in front of the biological warfare mural.

At 1st it seems like its the symbol for Gold and Silver, but conspiracy theorist take it to mean the abbreviation for Australia Antigen (but the symbols for that is HBsAg). It has been rumored that Australia Antigen could be used in biological warfare. The symbol in the picture is also placed right before the biological warfare mural.

Don’t let me forget about the underground bunkers.

Conspiracy theories are far-fetched most of the time, but are still fun to read up on. I hope you enjoyed this one.

I found some more cool, far-fetched stuff to add to this conspiracy.

In the movie, Close Encounters Of The Third Kind, by Spielberg, this signal is sent to us from Aliens. These numbers are a set of coordinates for the “Devil’s Tower.”

W104’ 44’ 30’ N40’ 36’ 10’ .

If you put them into Google Maps, it points to DIA. This movie was made 1977. Over a decade before the airport was constructed.

Conspiracy theories, no matter how far-fetched, are super fun to read.

This is still one of my favorite conspiracy theoriesÂ
