Lets take to notice that even while all the crap happening in Kanto was going on, Giovanni reminisces about Silver when he was younger. Seems he also called Silver ‘little rascal’. Guess under the tough personality of him there is a sweet and kind side.
You know, the Raikou special is awfully dark by Pokemon standards. I kind of want to watch the dub just to see how much was kept…
And then there’s Bashou just standing there, watching. He’s not about to get his hands dirty, but he also has absolutely no problem watching his partner rough up small children. I think these two more than anyone else prove that Musashi and Kojirou aren’t representative of Team Rocket at all. (Domino, too, but she has her comic relief moments. Bashou and Buson are just straight-up nasty.)
